Please read these booking terms and conditions, upon which all bookings are accepted by Noosa Apartments.
Prices are quoted in Australian dollars. The rates are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed by deposit. We endeavour to provide the best possible price for the period of booking.
Photographs & Maps
Maps and photographs are shown for general information only and highlight places in surrounding areas. Property photographs are representative only, actual apartments occupied may vary in decor and inclusions from those shown.
Check-in and Check-out Times
Check-in time is after 14.00 (2pm) and check-out time is at 10:00 (10am).
Please contact the resort directly if late check in is required.
Late checkouts can be requested but may not be possible and additional charges may apply.
Payment of the accommodation
All bookings are required to be secured with a deposit at time of booking. Full payment is payable upon arrival.
The Noosa Apartments accepts Visa and MasterCard. For guests wish to use EFT money transfer, please contact the resort directly to arrange the payment (to be completed 5 days prior to arrival).
Extra Person Charges
When the numbers of guests stay exceed the maximum rooming configuration (4 persons for two bedrooms and 6 persons for three bedrooms), an additional $20 AUD per person, per night will be charged in addition to the total accommodation payment.
Cots are accepted in addition to the maximum number of persons above. Maximum 2 cots per apartment.
Additional servicing charges
A credit card (Visa or MasterCard) will be asked for at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items such as telephone charges, any breakages or damage incurred during guests stay and any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning.
In the event that the guest cannot provide a credit card as a guarantee, a cash security deposit will be required along with photo identification. This bond will then be returned on departure by cheque once the apartment has been checked by the resort staff.
Identification and Security
Adequate identification is required at time of check-in to verify your identity. A current driver's licence, passport or other form of photo identification (ID) will be asked for prior to check-in.
In the event of cancellation more than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is refunded less a $50.00 administration fee. Within 14 days of arrival the deposit is non-refundable. No Shows - full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in house will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid.
The non-smoking policy applies to all apartments and public areas around the complex at The Noosa Apartments. A $200 AUD cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found in their guest apartments and public areas around the complex.
All our registered guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor pool and spa. Please be reminded that any dangerous activities such as running around the pool area, jumping, diving or surfing into the pool is not permitted. The resort does not provide pool toys.
All our apartments are fully self-contained. General vacuuming and linen service can be requested at check-in for additional fees.
The Noosa Apartments recommends that, at time of booking, you consider purchasing a travel insurance policy of your choice. Travel Insurance can be purchased from any travel agent.
Unaccompanied minor/s: A child/children who is/are traveling/staying without the accompaniment of an adult over the age of 18 years is considered by most airlines/hotels as an unaccompanied minor/s. Unaccompanied minor reservations are not accepted by the Noosa Apartments
Limit of liability
We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory, however Noosa Apartments does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
If in the event that Noosa Apartments cannot provide the apartment accommodation as requested, we will find alternative accommodation in another apartment type at the same property. In extreme cases we will relocate a guest to a nearby hotel of similar standard, or offer a full refund or alternative available dates.
In the event that a guest fails to pay immediately upon demand, any amount owing to Noosa Apartments, pursuant to the booking and accommodation (including without limitation those incidentals such as telephone, cleaning, etc. set out above) Noosa Apartments reserves the right to deny access to the guest and ask that they vacate the premises.
If in the event that a guest has caused damage to the property or affected other guests/occupants of the property, Noosa Apartments reserves the right to ask that guest to leave and forfeit any monies paid, and will require the guest to pay for any damage caused.
