Information about bookings, payments and check-in.
Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in time is from 2pm, please come in to the office to collect the keys and pay the balance. Local tourism information will be provided at check-in. Late check in after 6pm will be provided with late check in instructions via SMS or email. Check out time is 10am. Late check out can be arranged if possible.
Guests are welcome to store luggage in the reception area Car park is around the back of the complex, please park the car on allocated parking lot. There are free on street parking available. Please contact the reception for private Sunshine Coast Airport transfer.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
A $200 deposit is required at time of booking, the remaining balance of the accommodation is payable at check-in
Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Late check in after 6 will be provided with late check in instructions via SMS or email.
Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check out can be arranged if possible.
Q: What are the reception hours?
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 4:00pm
Saturday, Sunday 9:00am – 12:00pm
Q: Can I book tours at reception?
Our reception area has tour brochures available, we can also book tours for guests such as Australian Zoo and Fraser Island tours.

Q: How close is it to the beach?
7 minutes walk to Noosa Main Beach. Part of the beach is lifeguard patrolled. One of the few north facing beaches in Australia, meaning the wave is relatively calmer, great for families.Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Just a short stroll from our front door you can find the local Corner Store - Noosa Express (Quamby Place) and Rock Salt Restaurant.
The Famous 'Eat Street' that is Hastings Street is within a 10 minute Stroll where you'll find Miss Money Penny, Locale Noosa, El Capitano Pizza and Nosh Burgers and Salads plus many more amazing restaurants.
Within a 5-10 minute drive you'll find Noosa Heads township which includes Coles Supermarket, Specialty Shops & Cinema.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?
There is a bus stop right in the front of the resort, guests can catch buses to many local attractions including Hastings Street and Eumumdi Market and also local shops. Our reception can book taxi for guests if required.
Q: What local attractions are in the area?
Our location boasts a variety of exciting or relaxing activities. Visit Hastings Street and Main Beach or explore Noosa National Park. Kayaking the Noosa River is also very popular.
