CANCELLATION POLICY
For all reservations, a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to secure your booking. This can be paid by credit card (we accept Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or direct deposit into our Trust Account. Should you cancel your reservation more than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded in full, less a $200 cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 30 days to your arrival date, your deposit will only be refunded if the property gets re-let across the dates that were booked.

COVID POLICY
Should you make a reservation and are unable to travel due to border closures or lockdowns, we will credit your deposit payment towards a future booking when you are able to travel. No refunds will apply.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Tariffs are set and are subject to change without notice. No responsibility is accepted for errors and omissions contained on the website and ensuing correspondence with respect to bookings and tariffs.

Check In and Departure Times
Check in time is from 2pm on the date of arrival and the premises are to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Number of Guests
The premises must be kept clean at all times and the number of occupants must not exceed the number of beds provided for, or the number agreed to with the agent at the time of booking (Whichever is the lesser amount).

Excess Cleaning
The property is offered in a clean condition. On departure it is requested that all rubbish is removed and placed in bins provided and the property left in a clean and tidy state. An additional charge will be incurred for removing rubbish scraps and any excess mess form the property and cleaning considered to be in excess of normal will also incur an additional charge. Acceptance of these "Terms and Conditions" will authorise the Manager to deduct the costs from the credit card details provided by the guest.

Extras
Should you require any hire equipment (cots, high chairs etc), please contact Sands Holiday Hire directly on 0409 498 947. They will deliver to and pick up from the complex.

Keys
Loss or damage to keys will incur an additional charge. In the event that the Office is closed and the keys are misplaced or left in the property an after-hours call out fee will be incurred.

Pets
Under the local health regulations and Body Corporate rules, no pets are permitted in rental accommodation.

Functions
Our accommodation is for residential purposes only. Functions and parties are strictly not permitted and penalties apply.

Personal Property
No responsibility is taken by the Management or Owners for tenants personal property.

Breakages and Damages
As the tenant you are responsible for all damages, breakages and loss incurred during the term of your occupancy. These must be reported and paid for. If found unreported the cost of replacement will be deducted from the credit card details provided by the guest.

Inspection
An inspection of the premises can be made upon demand by the Manager Circumstances Beyond Control of Manager and Owner We accept bookings in good faith as Manager and as such we cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. The properties are presented in good, clean condition, no refunds or relocations will be given should you find the property not to your personal liking. We make every attempt to promote the property and describe the property as it presents and will not be liable for any misrepresentations or misunderstandings at the time of booking.

In the event of any of the following, every reasonable endeavour will be made to find alternative accommodation:

1. The property is sold or withdrawn from holiday letting
2. The property is altered in any material way this includes any renovation, change of furnishings, construction within close proximity to he said property.
3. Although rare, occasionally due to human error double bookings do occur. In this instance we will endeavour to assist you in seeking a similar alternative for the same price as the accommodation booked or offer a full refund. We highly recommend you take out travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.

Body Corporate Rules
Body Corporate Rules and Regulations must be complied with by guests and their visitors. These conditions are an agreement between the parties. Any infringement permits the Manager to amend the rental or immediately terminate the tenancy. Please note that there is STRICTLY NO SMOKING inside the premises.

Injury
The Manager or Owner will not be responsible for any injury suffered to a guest, or visitors of a guest unless such injury resulted from the negligence of the Manager or Owner.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions - Payment of the holding deposit confirms your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of the booking.
